FALCO BOOTS REVIEW
While waiting for the world to reopen, Falco Motorcycle Boots takes you in some remote corners of the world through his latest review of the model MIXTO 3 ADV, belonging to the ADV Touring category. It’s a boot meant to be used in adventurous excursion, even in the most extreme ones. The boots are compact and overall light. Yet they are still provided with: frontal P.U. moulded shin plate, D3O ankle cups, leather heat-shield and micro-adjustable buckles closure. Each element is thought to reinforce and prevent the foot and ankle to get injured. This category line requires technical and high quality materials, given the fact that they have to ensure a top-notch performance even in critical conditions. The heavy duty and textured sole helps with the grip and the Vibram material improves its resistance, versatility and adherence.
Joao, a travel expert, has put these boots to the test in the most diverse and extreme locations. He checked the waterproof feature during some floods in Uganda. He got an idea of the level of protection and safety in the desert of Namibia, where the bike fell over him and he luckily got out unharmed. He appreciated the high quality leather and the High- Tex membrane during his long mountain rides through Pyrenees and Dolomites. Last but not least he highlighted the comfort and the endurance of the MIXTO in every step of his experiences.
The detail playing a big role in Falco boots is the constant combo of practicality and design. Eventually, even to ride across the desert you need some style.
